Remove the "/browse" prefix from listings URL

Most of the directories wouldn’t have the “/browse” page browseable (e.g. they wouldn’t have a standalone landing page).

When user did not define a standalone homepage, the /browse redirects to /

It can have negative impact on SEO. Most of the specialists prefer shorter and meaningful urls.

Basically, instead of

/browse/my-category/listing-name

We need to get to

/my-category/listing-name

It needs to be decided whether this prefix should be configurable or not.
