Add ToS, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy

We need to have:

1) Links to these docs in the footer

2) Some generic backbone that will help getting started creating own versions

3) AI toolbar to help quickly enhance / spellcheck / etc the relevant documents.

Ofc, these can be created as standalone content pages, but having something built-in is much better. Also, it will allow to link these docs in various E-Mails, forms, etc, to conform the legal part.
