Add an "Image" block to Page Builder

Sometimes, users need to display custom-made banners/images on their pages.

Currently, they have to upload these images to third-party websites and embed them manually.

Block should allow:

1) Upload an image

2) Set the Alt text

3) Set the Link (optional)
